I was asked, "do you want to work here?" really? what kind of question is that? Obviously since I sent a resume, I wanted to work there! managers/supervisors need to be trained on interviewing and tactics used to correctly identify potential candidates. They lost a VERY qualified person for this position based solely on a horrible interview from the manager/supervisor who didn't know what questions to ask.

I was asked, "do you want to work here?" really? what kind of question is that?
