"When you interview with an ad agency or other business for a copywriting position, the interviewer will ask questions that will determine whether you have the writing skills and advertising knowledge to write material that will help the the agency's clients sell their products. Prepare to present samples of your work and describe the techniques you used to make your material appeal to its target audience. You may be asked situational questions such as how you would use different forms of media to increase the appeal of a product to a range of consumers."
-Interview questions were straight -forward and easy. What I didn't like were the endless screening rounds. -Please hire a proper HR team, so that your selection process is more transparent. Also, please inform candidates about the multiple rounds in advance. That way, people who don't want to commit to a super-long selection process can opt out at the start.

They asked for a video in which you explained the written test they previously gave you. In the interview they're redundant and ask again about the same things. "Can you explain to us why you wrote X thing in your test?" They're not really qualified to deal with applicants.

The questions were fairly straightforward, like why was I applying, what were my salary expectations and what things do I like to do in my free time.
