The Butternut Box team questioned me on my skills and how well I could do the job, but they also asked questions that allowed me to tell them a bit more about me as a person which I think is so important, and really what I look for in a company to work for.
Have you done your research on this company?
Mostly standard interview questions. The CEO did ask me to solve one math problem that I don't recall now, which I failed (ha) but he appreciated that I tried.
