Interviewer kept interrupting and changing topics that had nothing to do with a standard Sr recruiter ; metrics, closing candidates, pipelines, sourcing methods, etc.

Really just covered background and ask me situational questions!
I was asked if I was "motivated by money?" in my interview and at first I wasn't sure how to respond. I didn't want to say "Of course. Aren't we all?!" But I also didn't want to lie and say I wasn't motivated by money because everyone is.
In your current position, what are you most passionate about?

What are your 3 greatest weaknesses?
Brag about yourself. That was basically it.
