It was mainly project based. But basic questions, how do you handle working with different types of people. Tell me about a time you had to handle a difficult situation at work. How do you handle the pressure? What could you bring as value to this position? Mostly, however it was them explaining what the company model was, future growth plans and current growing pains. But in the office lots of amenities like free catered lunches weekly, a monthly lunch credit, great coffee, gym, and showers on-site.
