The questions were the basic type and mostly behavioral based. There was a short presentation I had to give and also a typing test, Microsoft Office assessment test and Excel test.
Interview asked how I would describe to a student, without the use of any images or video (50% of their lessons are via Skype without video), what is: - an ‘umbrella’ - the difference between ‘smile’ and ‘laugh’ - the difference between ‘come’ and ‘go’ - asked if I could quickly search for the names of the parts of an airplane, if a learner in an aviation business requested that during a lesson Also had to correct the following sentence: My name is Mario Stefano. I have 43 years.My marriage happened in fifteen years.I worked in Fiat since ten years. I do engineer.I am writing reports everyday.I use daily English for email my coworkers in other country.I will come to United States in next year.I want also to travel to Australia. Interviewer also asked to send a short summary of the interview to their email address, and include 2-3 references and their email addresses - prioritizing managers and others you have worked with.

There was a weird question about fruit on the math section of the assessment. Don't worry too much about the really weird questions, I think they're just there to throw you off.
