There wasn't a ton of structure or posed questions as our conversations felt very natural to me. We went over basics: background, interests, type of work, goals, style etc.
Explaining some projects from my portfolio via skype was really hard and also picking 3 top projects from my portfolio was kind of tricky.
It was a 3 stage interview so each interviewer had different questions. Hard to specify one.

What was it like working with a difficult founder?
Depends on who you get - they don't tend to try and curveball you. The hardest thing is when you get an interviewer asking why you made a particular choice and you have to give a decent reply.
