I was requested by HR Dept to submit my application :as soon as possible, even though the interview process took over 2 weeks to be conducted. HR was very impatient in wanting my info. It was discovered there were discrepancies on my application and HR immediately assumed that I was not being truthful or disclosing all information. Even when this information was justified and clarified, they chose to rescind my application, even though I received an offer letter with a definite start date. I felt it was totally unprofessional as I had other pending offers that I passed on. I intend to let everybody I know in the job market about their unethical and unprofessional interview and screening practices.
