The interview process was well-organized and the hiring team was extremely professional and courteous. Throughout the interview, I was asked a variety of thought-provoking questions that truly allowed me to showcase my knowledge and expertise in CRM. One of the first things that impressed me was the thoroughness of the questions. The hiring team was well-prepared and asked detailed questions about my experience in implementing CRM strategies, my understanding of data analysis, and my ability to effectively manage CRM teams. In addition to asking about my technical skills, the team also inquired about my leadership style and how I would approach managing a diverse team. I appreciated the emphasis on not just my technical abilities, but also on my soft skills and ability to work well with others. Throughout the interview, I felt supported and encouraged to share my experiences and ideas. The interviewer was attentive and engaged, making me feel comfortable and confident in my responses. From CIO: Which interview did you do best on, which was the toughest and why? Great question! It gave the CIO an assessment of my ability to read others in a conversational setting. Plus it allowed him to open a conversation around my skill set strengths and weaknesses. I'll be adding this to my question roster when I am interviewing candidates in the future!
