Textual interview was good (about routers, wi-fi and other technical stuff) but "role play" with "manager" as a customer based in USA with complaints about not having internet connection was terrible due to lack of interest from this guy... "Hello my internet no work, can you help"? :-)

Interviewer asked about a difficult situation where I had to deal with a customer and how I resolved it
They asked me to replicate a customer calling support scene. It was more like a mock call. And why did I leave my previous company.
