They claim they will do a CIDS - chronlogical in depth structured interview. But they do not, must be something new or they are just not very good at it. Most of the time they ask you to interview them, "it's a two way street" well excellent, I did my research so I am aware of this initiative and this opportunity, but they didn't seem to want to talk about those things. Also they scheduled multiple interviews on one Teams call so people kept jumping in and interrupting.
