Questions overall weren't hard Typical interview questions. If you were on the phone with a client while another client came to the gym in person seeking assistance, what would you do?
1. Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer. 2. Tell me about a time you exceeded a customer's expectation. 3. Tell me about a time where you were faced with a challenge/objection and how you overcame it.
