How would you feel about learning to support over 150 different programs and applications?
1) Round with HR, on the phone for 30 minutes. The only good thing about this experience was the recruiter Victoria Rae. 2) Round with manager this is a zoom meeting. Easy round same kinda questions the very next day I got another email for the 3rd and final round. 3) Round was with Tatiana and Kate, I was told they are in the customer support team. This was a very simple round where you have to speak about your work experience which I have almost 12, years of in customer support working with top MNC's a few examples of how you handled a angry customer. Really simple and easy once this round was done I was really confident that I had the job (but) received a email few days back with 0, feedback saying I wasn't selected. This was really shocking and because I did really well in the interview. The entire process took a month and 2 PTO's that I wasted.

What did you do under a stressful situation with a customer and how did you handle it?
Why do you consider yourself fit for the job? What are your strong points that recommend you for this job? Where do you see yourself in the next 3-5 years? Why do you want to work at Oracle? Do you have friends or family working? What is their opinion about the company?
