The assignment was on a pdf attached file and they were possible scenarios a SC agent would most likely encounter on a given work day (so far so good) but a few of them asked to use some tables from their daba base as reference. There was no reference to how to use the table, it was copy/pasted without format from some excel sheet and made no sense whatsoever.
