Besides the usual questions like what have you done before, why did you apply for this position etc., my past experience related to the tasks as the position covers not the usual financial analyst tasks in a VC. My (now) manager asked questions to make sure I have an understanding of the problem I would have to work on. The second interview was more directed toward my work attitude and expectations. There were a few technical questions to verify my fit but most questions were asked to check whether I was a fit to their company culture.
