What I would hate and love in my work environment, how I would handle conflicts with colleagues, sudden task reprioritization and leaving work unfinished to focus on something with emerging high priority. I was asked about the capacity and ability to crunch numbers on a daily basis which was relevant to my position. The question focus was not technically heavy.
The Questions were easy as i explained my back ground and answered the behavioral questions as they came in. Mostly it was about how i helped my current company improve their process and what my work was like. They did an alignment to their current process and made sure if i wil fit in and hired me.
