What are my greatest strengths.
Simple to answer, no thinking necessary. I was asked if I had experience, about how many claims I process a day, how I go about contacting others if I need something, and if I had my own home office. I had been prepared to answer all the typical difficult questions you read about being asked, and these questions were not asked.
Literally none of the questions had any substance.
How are you today, then went on to talk about sports. How was your commute,...then small talk Small, vague description of the job and company Small talk about how fast you can grow but you don't even know what is is you will be growing for or where Do you think you will fit in here? Well not sure since I still can't figure out what you do besides promotions in home depot How are your people skills?
