I was asked one question which was rife with privilege. So much so I am actually shocked that it has been asked, apparently, so many times. I was asked to plan a vacation where I was to ask questions and the interviewer would only respond with single word answers. This assumes the candidate is traveled, and traveled well enough to know the area around the interviewer. I took into account an area I knew well (my area) when apparently the (unspoken) instructions were to plan a trip in an area I’ve not visited. It definitely made me question whether the culture at the company would be a good fit.
