Die Bewerbungsgespräche wurden sehr präzise mit der STAR-Methode gehalten. Es wurde viel Wert auf die Amazon Principals gelegt. Technische Fragen war hintergründig, dafür jedoch tiefgreifend. Jedes Gespräch war gut strukturiert und ließ Zeit für eigene Fragen. Alle Teilnehmer waren sehr freundlich, interessiert und humorvoll.

On the first interview with the HM it was very casual. On the second one it was just awful with questions about Palo Alto firewalls, other technical questions and 3 HR behavioral questions.
