Tell me about yourself.  Why Cognizant?  Did you ever lead a project? How was that like?  Was there ever a project you worked on where you would have done something differently, in hindsight?  Which programming languages are you familiar with?  Do you have location preference / limitations?  Are you open to working outside of healthcare / life sciences division?  Are you open to taking early / late calls, as a result of globalization?  How are you working with a diverse group, with people from all cultures? - Tell me about a time you went above and beyond the call of duty - Tell me about a time you worked to convince others of your opinion - Describe everything you know about the IT process behind pharmaceutical development
