The questions in first round are related to your background, including self intro, why a good fit, describe a data science project, your programming skill, etc. The questions in 2nd round have 3 parts: self intro, coding, case study. Coding is related to writing functions and loops. Not hard but they may want to see if you can communicate your idea well. Case study is like solving a machine learning problem, given a context(shipping), what is your target variable, what features you may want to include, what models you will try, how to evaluate your model, etc.
