I was asked if there's "anything that would keep me from working full time after starting". As a woman I can't help but to think that this was a question related to my possible plans of starting a family. If so, the question was illegal. Additionally, it's strange how much this company values people with Master's degree. I lost track of how many times I heard that they have a lot of employees with Master's and that they even decide your salary based on the degree you have. With all of the "against corporate assholism" and "we're a very relaxed and laid-back office", it was strange to come across this degree fixation. Maybe they should have Master's as a must have qualification for all positions. My impression is that they wish to hire men with Master's degree, and that the "no corporate bs" is an exciting image they wish to give to applicants, but sadly is not actually true.
