If you have no on-the-job experience, talk about an industry event or a project you worked on independently that involved the use of AI.

Round 1: Recruiter call with recorded video. Rigid technical questions pulled from Google. Very bizarre for a recruiter to ask such detailed technical questions. Round 2: IQ exam, data warehouse design exam, RDBMS exam, and Unix exam. Exams seemed very generic. Once again recorded video during call.
