If you have no on-the-job experience, talk about an industry event or a project you worked on independently that involved the use of AI.

In reality, I was very comfortable with all the questions. If anything, the question that called my attention was "what do you think of open source?". they wanted to see if I would be willing to learn an open source RDBMS (Postgres) in the eventuality they decided to migrate from Informix, their current RDBMS.

Several questions on my involvement with open source technology, LAMP stack. Questions on my database background which was on the SQL Server stack for 16 years. Ask me about my military career, what I did and was I in any wars. The last question was if I killed anyone while serving in the Army...........
