Typically the test questions to check the professional background will sound like "what button should be pressed in order that to happen". However the hardest thing is the practical task where you can probably get some of the systems owned by the company and will be asked to upgrade it, migrate to another server or configure some things. Don't rely on the documentation as you will probably face a lot of undocumented bugs
I can't enclose questions but they were something like how would you get help when you get stuck? what would you do in 5 years? etc...
