It was general questions about my experience.
Can you upgrade MySQL version without using other instance and you don't have any slave or server. You don't have percona tools. If you will give an answer, He will tell you we don't have that technology.
Interview consist of 3 rounds. 1) (MCQ, online, 3 parts ) a) Quantitative and logical aptitude. Basic quant and logical questions, 60 mins 40 questions. Some topics : trains, work and time, ages, series, seating arrangement etc. if you are not in touch with aptitude 4-5 hrs are enough to prepare(varies from person to person). B) Oracle DBA (25 questions 25-30 mins) Topics:- Basic oracle architecture , pfile, spfile, RMAN, backup, archive log etc C) sql (45 questions 45 mins) Mostly joins, merge, having, where, view etc. If your basics are average - good this online aptitude is not tough to crack. 2nd Round -Technical Interview. Questions can vary from Sql, rdbms, and oracle DBA some topics : rdbms, joins, types of joins, megre, mview , view, truncate, drop , delete, basic oracle architecture, exp, expdp, imp, impdp, pfile, spfile AWR, tablespace, types of tablespace, default tablespace, awr tablespace etc. Keep your basics strong and not that tough to crack. 3rd round HR round normal conversation.

No real unexpected questions. If you have read a good interview book (e.g., Knock 'Em Dead), you will be fine.
