dd's DISCOUNTS Assistant Manager interview questions

It started with a simple interview with the DM and store manager at the store I applied for, it went very smooth and some easy behavioral STAR questions, it was more of a personality and enthusiasm conversation. I was called back the next day to setup a phone interview with the zone manager. Now.... this was definitely one of the most intimidating hardest interviews. It was very educational and unique but definitely very complicated and you will be completely unsure of what the guy is looking for, it was about a 90 minute conversation. The guy leaves you hanging kind of and says the Dm will follow up with you so you have no idea how you did. I was offered the job a few hours later by the DM, very positive vibe and a extemely educational interview process and they will answer any question you have, but expect a very complex hard interview with a zone manager.

I was getting interview for Assistant Manager. The interview went well I think. The DM.asked me questions about my pass experiences in retail and I told him about them such as opening procedures on days we had trucks to unload merchandise to display on ends ..But at the end of this interview I was told I was going to get a called back and I never heard off them (it's been 3 weeks and nothing)
