The interview questions were fairly standard: vision, planning, scenarios, etc. However, at the end, one of the interviewers decided to go rogue and asked a question that was a complete human rights violation. Even the executive search committee was shocked. I answered even though I should have ended things there and then. I was invited to campus visit which sealed the deal for me. I would NEVER accept a position of any kind at this so-called university.
