I was not expecting them to ask me if i ever got any tickets (speeding, parking, etc,) considering i was applying for a desk job, but there is room to move around in the company, because there is cross training, so that's pretty cool

I wasn't really asked any questions. I was just given the job description, given the chance to meet the other team members, then was returned to the hiring manager who asked me if I had questions about the job. After I was officially hired and given a start date, I was called about 3 more times and asked to provide additional paperwork or information they had forgotten to ask me for. It was always made clear that these requests were urgent and I had to get the information to them right away (even though my start date was 2 weeks away). They sounded like the sky would fall in if I didn't stop what I was doing and immediately bring in the paperwork they wanted. That attitude has not changed and should've been my first clue. Everything there is still an emergency. They are always in reactive mode putting out fires because they are so inefficient and incompetent.
