If you've worked in OPs Tech IT it is the same setup in terms of the technical and personality interview -OSI Model -BGP -What is a Mac address -Basic routing and switching -Basic Cabling It doesn't matter if you know all of the technical questions if you cannot do well on the people skills portions and it doesn't automatically disqualify you if you get 1 or 2 wrong in both categories.
