During my in-person interview, I was asked to answer a few engineering/physics problems on a whiteboard and dictate my thought process out loud. With a panel of 5+ managers watching, this can be a high pressure situation, and I was given no prior notice of the problems.

Second interview - there were 3 people on the call. The recruiter I spoke with, the person who would be my manager, and a UX Designer. they asked me to "Design a business collaboration software" via a whiteboard challenge. I knew it was going to be a whiteboard challenge, and so I found a space ahead of time.
