They will go through your entire work history, but not looking into previous work or case studies you've prepared - which as a designer was very frustrating because I had meticulously lined up examples for that interview format. Instead it's the same question for every job "what was your strength, what was your weakness" and occasionally will meander to other areas.
How would you react if a client would ask for something unrealistically? With what personalities do you match well, and when do you encounter problems? What do you want to learn in your 2 years at The Talent Institute? When will it be a success?
