What are you most proud of? Tell me about a time you met a deadline, tell me about a time you failed and what you learned from the experience.. Etc. Lots of "Tell me about a time..." So have your stories of highs and lows in your career ready to go, along with lessons learned. What is something you struggle with or could improve? Honestly it was alot of character-based questions to gauge your personality.. not much technical-oriented or job-specific questioning, which surprised me. No quiz on my skills or knowledge, but I did have a friend on the team so that may have helped. Knowing someone can be everything.

Very unstructured interviews with mostly hypothetical questions. For example, here is our issue, how would you go about solving it. I was surprised that those would be the questions. Any HR professional worth their salt would not jump to a solution after so little information. I was also asked how I would go about recruiting a certain role. Then I was asked how I deal with pressure.

They asked fairly directly about how I would handle the challenging the scenario they just dealt with if it came up again - cancellation of shows and concern from patrons about their new crew member union going on strike.

They asked many questions, which were focused on assessing the degree to which I was adept at managing and delivering learning services. Their focus was primarily on the tactical aspects of online delivery.
