The interviews, especially the last, were primarily conversational as we walked through my experience and questions. They were curious as to why I wanted to work with them specifically, and what impacts I thought their Marketplace could have in the future.
Typical interview questions pertaining to sales positions. when the owner had his interview he was more looking at a culture fit. his questions as he put it were "unorthodox" they were tell me about a time you were resilient in your personal life. tell me about a time when you sacrificed personally in your personal life.
They asked me to write an essay after my first in-person interview. The topic was "what is the greatest life lesson you have learned and why".
