What was I looking for in a company?
Tell us about a time when you worked on a project as part of a team and what were your contributions and how did that contribute to the outcome?
What would I bring to the company? Why did I want this particular position? How do I feel about not working in a traditional office environment? Am I self-motivated? Several different Leadership/Responsibility type questions. Sales and Negotiation based questions. They also asked if I had any questions for them - always good to have your own set of questions to make sure the job is also a right fit for you!
If selected for this position, what would be your action plan within the 1st 6 months in the role?
Why do you want to work for the company
It's been a few months, I do not recall specific questions, but I can say the were either not challenging, or totally unrelated to the position. For example, I was asked to privately meet with a product, who proceeded to quiz me on product design, theory and practices.
Tell me about yourself? Your strengths & weakness? your past experience in details ?
Salary is always a point of contention with prospective candidates. If I answer to high, will they look elsewhere? If I answer to low, will they go below market value? Instead of the question, it was proposed as more of a conversation. What am I making currently and what would my ideal salary be?
