To present for 20 minutes on my expectations and understanding of the four elements of the role (Training, Coaching, Facilitating and Embedding Learning), as well as any barriers and how I would overcome them. I took this to mean generally, e.g. business demand, cooperation, etc. What they meant was my own barriers to being able to deliver those things, which was much harder to answer!
