Again the format was quite informal, but the questions were intelligent and at times quite in depth - they were getting a good picture of what I wanted and whether I would be a good cultural fit. They took me through having to do keyword research based on a landing page they directed me to. I had to follow their training videos and complete a Massive keyword list and then a refined keyword list. It was pretty basic stuff, but keyword research still takes a few hours.
