I did not know what was meant by that and where these questions were headed as I was asked the same question several times in different ways. "Foremost among your responsibilities, you will be asked to find for Elucid business opportunities that fit our company profile. Using what you have learned from our conversations and from the information we have provided, please review the following three (3) opportunities. These opportunities are excerpts from real Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Your tasks are to perform two tasks: First, rank these opportunities in order of Best Fit (1) to Worst Fit (3), and provide notes in support of the particular opportunity you believe is the best. Second, examine your first choice selection and craft a sound business case in favor of its pursuit. Be prepared to discuss your answer. Again, with the limited information provided to you, please feel free to make reasonable assumptions as you craft your response. We want to see your ability to think critically about business development opportunities."
