A great variety of questions were discussed during each step of the process. The interviewer asked questions related to specific areas of knowledge, in my case, the Financial Services industry and technology, management style, etc.
What exactly did you do as a brand manager? (read: interviewer doesn't understand what brand managers actually do) FYI - this is actually a business development role.
