They were very interested in experience and examples of sourcing and procurement responsibilities. Negotiating with vendors, costing, MOQs, etc. Most potential candidates from bigger beauty companies (like ELC, Coty, etc) most likely won’t have this experience as a product developer, as there are typically sourcing and procurement teams with these responsibilities.
