As many of the questions related to Hubspot's current business practices as well as my previous employer, I'd prefer not to be specific. I will say, having metrics and specific examples on working with other departments, cross-selling, leadership style, hiring and managing practices and how you achieved growth in your last business would probably be an advantage.
