The interview was more conversation about background and fit vs. hard core interview questions.
Questions were not difficult as I expected them to be. They just asked me to talk about my experience and told me about the company and what was needed. If felt more like they wanted someone with a fluffly marketing background to speak that language rather than address the real problem they have with growth and disparate leadership.

Questions followed the typical behavioral question list. Nothing out of the ordinary.
The interview was more like a conversation and less like questions being thrown at you, so I can really speak as to what the questions were.
