They had no prepared questions, which I thought was really odd. Only 1 person out of the 6 I met with took notes. The whole thing was very unorganized, and I'm not really sure they knew what they were looking for in a candidate.

They talked about what was important to them and what was important to me as a potential employee.
Pretty standard HR questions about change management, teamwork, leadership, transparency, communication and management style, etc. Was asked to write a memo to staff at second interview.
