I got the sense they are struggling to embrace integrated digital age marketing strategies. They had many questions about my expertise and quantifiable results in this regard.
It was a lengthy interview, which I very much eoyed. After the phone inteview, The Chanel Recruiter said she would be calling me back the following week to set a second interview at one of The Chanel Boutiques. Unfortunately, she never called or emailed me, leaving me in limbo. I was quite disappointed. I have interviewed many candidates throughout my career. I believe it is very unprofessional to say you will be contacting the candidate and it does not happen. The interviewer should always follow through with what they say they're going to do. It is not ok to leave a candidate in limbo.
What's your biggest strength.
