First 2 calls were describing their current challenges and asking about my approach of working in a hybrid support model, setting priorities. Last call was more IT oriented around my background and some case studies.
Why are you relocating to California? Are you OK with the high cost of living?

Do you need a sponsorship to work in the US. Although I have no confirmation, it seems Marriott is not at ease with sponsoring work permits (I'm from ECC). Maybe there is a ratio?
