Tech screen was regarding the industry, person interviewing was very smart and wasn’t looking for architect type knowledge for a people leader role. Case study was straight forward - make sure you’re interacting with the person as its not just about getting the right answer but how you get there.

Tell me about yourself and then a long diatribe of their woes and miseries. I wasn’t sure if my answer actually mattered

Have I led an Agile transformation and what were the pitfalls I would look to avoid if I did that for them.

I was asked to present a major value proposition I had written and been successful in conveying in my past roles. This presentation was followed up by a Q/A session with the leadership team.
