Series of 5 interview questions, two somewhat generic behavioral interview questions ("tell me about a time when...") and three involving specific hypotheticals from recent issues the team had encountered. It was a positive that the time is compensated, undercut by the hourly rate (less than half what the position is advertised for) and what I would consider an underestimate of the time involved, at least if you're trying to truly be thoughtful about the answers (e.g., I did extensive research on two of questions, to have data to back up my guidance). Most frustrating is simply the lack of any discussion or feedback - you don't get any sense of whether you did too much, too little, too conservative, too risky, etc.
