How would handle a situation if you had a difficult member of your team working for you.
They asked many situational and scenario based questions. This was fine, but they repeated some questions throughout subsequent interviews and that seemed unnecessary.
One usual suspect: How can the company show you value as an employee?
Tell me about each of your job experiences- what did you do at each job? Tell me about a time something went wrong? (This was odd question and I asked her to expound- she did and the question then became "Tell me about a time something went wrong in a project- how did you respond?"
What experience do you have working with boards and executives.
They asked me a lot about my background and I did a presentation during the final interview.
They asked behavioral questions around the following leadership competencies: strategic thinking, analysis, influence.
1. How do you manage a program from start to finish? (Really?! Sure depends on the program or project!) 2. How do you work with cross-functional teams?
