A big chunk of the interview questions were focused on technical / software development. I got a wide range of questions including writing functions to solve algorithms on a whiteboard, explaining in depth how web/apis work and challenges/solutions for high scalability problems.
I got several questions seeking to understand how I approach planning technical debt in conjunction with product features.
Describe a complex project. Describe a technical solution that you had to influence others to adopt.
What are the non-quantitative factors that would affect the sales
Who do you look up to for leadership and why?
General Leadership and Mgmt questions around how I would approach leading a team of Senior Account Exec's.
Given your experience and what you know about Nike, how would you apply machine learning to accelerate Nike's innovation agenda, and provide relevant examples and technologies used where possible.
How would you approach the role
ALL questions were just TOO simple and superficial for the level of this position. One thing is to consider that you are well prepared and had great answers to questions asked. But this was different. The questions were so uninspiring as to not be memorable. I had read similar reviews in Glassdoor but couldn't believe it until I had roughly the same experience.
