Why do you want to join Uniphore which is. startup, from a big brand like NTT
There were two rounds for Ed Support Volunteer. In the first round, they asked basic questions about what you know about MAD and why you would like to join MAD. The second round was an assessment of how you teach kids the subject. They give you the material and sometime to prepare and then pretend to be kids in your class.
What characteristics do you look for when hiring? What are some metrics you would evaluate your team on?

The company only has 15 employees, so there were several questions about my thoughts and experience working for a small company. Otherwise, typical interview questions for a PMO Director type role (describe typical projects you've managed, how large is the team you've managed, etc.)

No unexpected questions.
I don't recall the specific questions, but they were very basic (background, systems, etc), and the interviewer seemed inexperienced. Despite being well-qualified for the position, I was denied after this one call. However, after reflecting on the employee reviews and the overall quality of the recruiting experience, I realized I likely wouldn't have accepted the role even if offered.
